Refund & Return

We are committed to our customers having a great experience with us as you make us your number 1 African food store.

However, we understand that sometimes we may not meet your expectations. When this happens, especially regarding your delivery, please do endeavour to contact us on +447354760220 and we will do our utmost best to provide solution that will resolve the concerns or issues you may have.

Furthermore, please kindly note that we are only able to offer refunds for items that were damaged on arrival or did not arrive at all or if part of the item in your order is missing.

Please kindly get in touch with us as soon as you receive your order in case you have any issues with your purchase. We encourage you to reach out to us within 10 days. Although we will try our best to make things right but we are unable to make any refund after 14 days.

Please note that we may request evidence via photo of the damaged item. A refund will be provided either for the missing or damaged item.

In the event that you do consider returning an item, you may be responsible for paying for your shipping costs to return to us or we could find a way of resolving the issue you may have. Additionally, shipping costs are non-refundable; as this costs go to our partners and we are unable to get refund. If you do receive refund from us, we will have no choice but to deduct the cost of shipping from your refund.

We try our best to have images that reflect how the products we sell on our store look like in real life, nonetheless, the product packaging may sometimes differ to those shown on our website. This does not change or alter the quality of the products in any way. We will appreciate if we are the first point of call if you do have any concerns or doubts regarding any products displayed on our website.
